1. Eligibility & Use
- Services are available for customers aged 18+.
- You agree to provide accurate details for registration/orders.
2. Orders & Subscriptions
- Orders subject to availability and confirmation.
- Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or cancelled with prior notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices shown are inclusive of taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
- Payments must be made through authorized gateways.
4. Delivery Policy
- We aim to deliver on time; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or holidays.
- Our liability ends once delivery is completed at the provided address.
5. Returns & Refunds
- All products are food items. Slight variations in packaging or design may occur.
- Refunds are applicable only for:
○ Non-delivery,
○ Wrong product, or
○ Damaged packaging on delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All content (logos, designs, images, text) is owned by MF Foods. Reuse without permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
MF Foods is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from use of our services.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be under courts in Andhra Pradesh.
