Refunds & Returns Policy

At MF Foods, customer satisfaction is our priority.

1. Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

2. Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

MF Foods products opened or partially used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
